  名医妙典 养生有方

  本次夏季养生讲座活动的主讲嘉宾胡维勤教授师从于著名内科专家乐文昭教授(国内四大名医之一)。从医50多年,曾参与过许多国家领导人的医疗保健工作。积累了比较丰富的中医养生保健经验,对各种疑难杂症中老年病征的中西医结合治疗也有丰富临床经验,并取得了明显的效果。胡教授主要擅长保健、消除亚健康、冠心病、糖尿病以及老年病等等。

  胡维勤教授在其著作《将中医进行到底》中谈到健康秘诀、长寿之道时引用了《内经·素问》中的一段话:“恬淡虚无,真气从之;精神内守,病安从之。”,说得是人应该避开暑、热、燥、湿、寒等外界的致病因素,做到清心寡欲,这样真气才能够正常运行,人才能够健康长寿。在讲座中胡维勤教授反复强调健康的重要性,并为大家系统地介绍了“十大健康养生基石”,让现场的观众领会到了“让生命之树常青”的秘诀。

  Meditation can increase happiness, meaning in life, social support and attention span while reducing anger, anxiety, depression and fatigue. Along similar lines, prayer can make you feel better — even if you’re not religious.

  6. Get enough sleep
